Appointment times are available Tuesday through Friday and some Saturdays at my Ashburn office.
An appointment lasts 75- 90 minutes.

It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing for a session - no tight belts or restrictive jewelry and no nylon pantyhose. Cotton socks are good for keeping your feet warm as some people get chilled as they become deeply relaxed. Pillows, blankets, and a heater are provided for your comfort.
